Harnessing its global retail connections, Westfield develops new and innovative retail concepts which keep it at the forefront of international trends. The UK Design group is an accomplished team of architects, technologists, designers, engineers and support staff dedicated to delivering Westfield's future projects.

All the Design team’s major projects are retail-led urban design schemes ranging from £100m to £400m. Its current major projects include some of the most important regeneration schemes in the UK.

This division leads the entire design process, starting with masterplanning, concept and design and retail feasibility schemes. It prepares planning applications, develops the scheme designs and completes all documentation for procurement and construction. The Design team works closely with colleagues in Development, Leasing, Centre Management and Construction.  

Westfield Design’s workload represents real projects at all stages and of all sizes, which will be delivered to the exacting demands of Planning Authorities, as well as the high standards of all Westfield departments.
