American Depositary Receipts

The Westfield Group (ASX: WDC) has established a Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program which will permit investors to invest in Westfield Group through a US traded security.

The Westfield ADR is traded on the US over-the-counter market (“Pink Sheets”) and The Bank of New York Mellon acts as the Depositary Bank.

Each Westfield ADR has a ratio of 2:1 – that is, two existing WDC securities for one Westfield ADR.

The official Westfield ADR ticker code is WFGPY.
